South West Water at Roundswell, in particular Keith Hooper without whose local knowledge we would be struggling to identify the difference between redundant and live pipework.This particular site apparently has more “live” pipework than most of the other sites auctioned off by SW Water, including a mains feed from Jennetts Reservoir, and the entire water main for Bideford!
